“Derived from the Latin “Luxus” meaning extravagance and excess, Luxury, throughout the centuries, driven by human progress has continuously evolved and transformed. Just as no two people are ever the same, so too, the meaning of luxury differs from person to person. Yet, its underlying core will always remain intact. Luxury, was, is, and always will be a state of mind, representing positive feelings, creativity and empowering change. Hope, passion, dreams and the relentless pursuit of happiness are core pillars of human behavior, on which luxury heavily depends. As long as we continue to hope and dream, luxury will continue to grow and thrive.
As the world of luxury has become democratized, it is only natural for brands to constantly reinvent themselves and develop new products. However, they must ensure they do not compromise the heritage, quality and brand equity that define them. In the ever-evolving world we live in, where change is the only constant, technology is giving birth to new and innovative products every day.
